YOU MUST HAVE A RECEIPT FOR ANY EXCHANGE. We do not exchange any product with visible signs of physical damage.

Cartridges that are leaking, burnt, or misfiring can be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase with a receipt.

E-Liquid and tinctures can be exchanged if they are unopened.

Batteries & Regulated Mods (mods with digital readout) have a 14 day Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty. We will exchange any regulated mod or battery if it malfunctions due to a manufacturer’s defect, within 14 days of purchase.

Tanks, Coils & Accessories can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

We DO NOT EXCHANGE ANY type of GLASSWARE, GLASS accessories, DRY HERB DEVICES, STORAGE CONTAINERS, SCALES, and ROLLING TRAYS. Once these items are taken out of the store we do NOT allow them back inside the store. If you have an issue with a glass or dry herb product call or come back to the store where it was purchased and we will do what we are able to do to make it right. Please do not bring the used dry herb product with you. You are welcome to take pictures. We cannot allow used dry herb products inside the store.

Security Products : ALL SALES FINAL.
